This version of the Coder / Template is dedicated to the 2301E platform only. The Product Release Strategy has evolved so that other platforms such as MicroNet, Flex500, and LECM each have their own dedicated Coder and Template versions. Common GAP blocks that all platforms use are included in this Coder / Template version. Platform specific blocks from other platforms are not included.
The 2301E has few changes other than the above compared with the 6.00-5 version. The primary purpose of this release is to separate it from the MicroNet product release schedule. One other significant change is to how Serial Servlink is implemented: it uses the new SERVLINK block instead of the TUNE_VAR block.
Simulation note:
Before using this product with NetSim, we recommend installing the latest NetSim codersim update (part number 9927-1285). This NetSim codersim update fixes a known issue with LinkNet simulation.
